These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 587jl (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 587jl online casino and sports betting platform, accessible via https://587jl.cam and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

2.3 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide:

• Valid email address;
• Working mobile phone number registered in the Philippines;
• Date of birth;
• Residential address within the Philippines;
• A secure password meeting minimum complexity requirements.

You may only register one (1) Account with 587jl. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false identities are strictly prohibited. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing any Withdrawal, 587jl is required by PAGCOR regulations to complete KYC verification. You must submit the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence);

Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of first Deposit may result in Account suspension. 587jl reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence at any time.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used for other online services;
• Never share your password with any third party;
• Immediately notify 587jl if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

587jl will never request your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be immediately reported to our security team.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You are liable for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account, you must notify 587jl immediately by contacting support587jl.cam. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but we are not liable for any losses incurred prior to receipt of such notification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

587jl accepts Deposits via the following payment methods:

• Bank transfers from BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks;

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

587jl offers various Bonuses and promotional offers to Users. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be clearly disclosed at the time the Bonus is claimed. By accepting a Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6. Responsible Gaming

6.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

10. Dispute Resolution

If the issue cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution process.

10.2 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11. Amendments

587jl reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must close your Account.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. 587jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of this Agreement;
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct;
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR or law enforcement;
• Your Account remains inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, minus any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited.
